Pros: University-based, education is a priority, some research opportunities, very good clinical exporsure with wide diversity of patients and cases, comfortable schedule (5 call per month each is only 12 hours), friendly residents and faculty, 50000$ per year, 600$ for books/PDA, thursday protected-day, 4 weeks vacation, away electives, MPH allowed, NYC... (for me) IMG friendly, sponsor H1, and offer a prematch.
Cons: I don't know how safe is the area?! probably it is not that safe. Sure it is not one of the 1st tier programs but it has a lot of potientals.
I signed a prematch contract and I'm very happy and excited to join this program.
