SUNY Tuition Increase

Does anyone know if the tuition at SUNY is going up for Fall 2007? Dr. Johnson had said something about how it might go up, and might go up a large amount because it has stayed the same for so many years...just wondering what anyone else has heard or if any increases had been finalized.

ok now I'm answering my own question but posting it for anyone else who might not have known. Tuition at SUNY will not be going up next year.

Yep, no increase for 2007-2008 year. It's some kind of election thing for NY state, so they don't like to increase tuition etc.. I guess it doesn't help get any votes.. I think the large increase may come 2008-09.. but I'll be gone.. so who cares! =)
