I edited these pdf's to make it so you can type directly on them. It was a pain in the ass and the alignment isnt perfect but it beats finding an old typewriter. If there are any bugs let me know and i'll try to fix them and on the Downstate ap, I still wouldnt use the bottom part (the courses part). You can show your thanks in the form of cash payments 😉 😀 😀

I can print neatly. Little things, such as how hard it is for me to write my numbers small enough to fit into the alloted space without compromising legibility lead me to prefer typing.

you need to download abode acrobat 6.0 professional (i dl'ed the 30 day trial). If you fix any secondaries please send them to me and I'll host them on my site🙂
