Hi all,
I recieved a letter from SUNY-Upstate stating my application wil be put ON HOLD until they reviewed everyones application. Is this a nice rejection letter or is there still hope?????

I recieved a letter from SUNY-Upstate stating my application wil be put ON HOLD until they reviewed everyones application. Is this a nice rejection letter or is there still hope?????

Is this hold pre-interview or post-interview. Can they put people on hold post-interview anyway?
