For those who have gotten interviews or holds, does it say on your status page? Its been weeks since I have heard from S.Upstate, and I know they have a pretty quick turnaround. The lady that I spoke to on the phone wouldn't tell me anything.

I received a letter (snail mail) saying that my application was complete and under review 4 days after I received my interview invite.

this contradictory information is disturbing. i sent them all my info around end of august. i have called twice since, and both times i was told that they can't say anything on the phone, that the person processing the applications is going "as fast as he can". it is a bit frustrating. but then again, i am not a new york resident, so maybe that could be a reason for the delay.

I was complete around Sept 17th, called for an interview Sept 24th.

I was just contacted today about an interview. I don't know my when I received my completion but I know it was within the last 2 weeks. My stats were 3.45, 36 with strong EC's and what should be strong recommendations and an upward trend GPA

I have a 28Q, 3.65 GPA and 3.67 Science GPA in engineering. Stats aren't amazing but I think I have killer extracurriculars and solid recommendations.

I assume I was complete around 9/5 but my completion letter was dated 9/12 and I received an invite call on 9/14.

My stats are fine, nothing extraordinary-30 MCAT, and both my GPAs are 3.69. They seem more concerned about whether or not a student is a good fit with the school than stats though.

I have been complete since Sept 21. I have not received any "complete" letter through the mail yet. Is it worth the wait? or does it merit a call?

sept 21? You have another 2-3 weeks to wait but maybe more. I wouldn't worry yet. Give them a call if still nothing in another 2 weeks. Also, pick up random calls. I believe they either had a private number when my cell phone rang

Keep waiting.

I submitted my secondary Aug 28. Saw I was complete online Aug 30. Never received a letter informing that I was complete. Did not received an invite call until early Oct.

Yea, their mailouts seem a tad unorganized. I received a letter saying I still needed to submit LOR's about a week AFTER I got my "complete" notification. Nevertheless the LOR letter was dated 4 days before the complete one, so it must've just been a problem with getting the letters out in order.

So seriously, does the onlien page tell you anything? Last years class (search Upstate Status in the forum search box thing) says that online it listed exactly what their status was. Is it just me, or does are's not say anything like that?

well my status says that I am complete there. It also says what LORS they received and other stuff.
