Hey everyone,

I was just wondering if anyone has interviewed at Upstate recently and if you've heard from them? I was there about two weeks ago and I am starting to get kinda antsy. Also, for those of you who were accepted, about how long did it take for them to get back to you? Anyone send a letter of interest? Thanks for your input.

Well, my roommate interviewed on 1/22 and found out 2/17 she was accepted (yea for her!). I was there on 1/27 and have yet to hear at all (boo for me). Any they said about 4 weeks.... Hope that helps you a little
Has anyone else who interviewed on or around 1/27 heard back so I can stop holding my breath already?? 😛

Hey e-spin . . looks like you and I are the only ones interested here . . . don't know if that's good or bad! 🙂 I actually called Upstate on Tuesday and know that they were going to review a bunch of apps Wednesday - hopefully ours are part of that group and we can look forward to hearing already!!!

Hey MD...yeah, hopefully we'll get the nod soon, huh =)
So, I'll let you know if/when I hear from them, hopefully it will be good news. My roommate got the call on a Monday for what it is worth =)

So I have an update to my own question!!!
SUNY Upstate, interviewed 1/27, got a letter 3/4...High f-ing Priority Alternate. FRUSTRATION!! But the upside is that at the interview we were told that in the past few years they have always exhausted the entire high priority list with the exception of last yr when a few didnt get offered acceptances. Still holding onto hope but I guess I wont know what's up until after May 15, so I will just sit here and be patient!!! MD, hope you hear back soon and have better news than me!!!
