I am having trouble deciding on where to rank this program...just wondering if anyone had any input about their residency program.

I found it somewhat disconcerting that the assistant program director NEVER let us alone and unsupervised with the residents and when they were around he still did most of the talking. Maybe it means nothing, but it definitely had me thinking twice.

Totally agree. The only resident with whom we had any interaction on the interview day was the guy leading the tour, and he gave off an attitude of "eh, it's an ok program." Not overly impressed.

yeah i totally agree.. i guess i will be ranking this program extremely low
