I'm trying to learn more about Upstate. Aside from location, what can you tell me about it? What are the strengths? weaknesses? How does it compare reputation wise to GW? Thanks!

i'd say that gw has better facilities, but i don't think it's worth the extra $$$. Upstate has a very good teaching hospital and some really caring faculty. if you do well at either you'll get a good rez.
