I've come across this info:

Chronic bronchitis --> "a large, horizontally-oriented heart with increased bronchial markings"

Bronchiectasis --> "'tree-in-bud' sign on chest CT"

Could someone please explain these, particularly the former? I have generalized ideas, but I want to hear if anyone knows/thinks anything more specifically.

Cheers,
