I just notice that some schools (some in pharmcas) supplement materials require another essay.

Is this same as personal essay?

Can we use our personal essay and submit in for it? or we have to write a new separate essay.

Most pharmcas schools require supplemental essays that differ from the pharmcas essay. Don't submit the same essay unless the school tells you they do not look at the pharmcas essay, which I think is rare or doesn't happen. You want to come up with something new.
