I posted this in the wrong thread, so Im re-posting it lol

How do I answer what challenges will pharmacists face in the upcoming year and what will you do to overcome it?

I did some research on it, but just not quite sure what to do.

Some I got from research are: under staff, chain store take over pharmacist, and lack of positions .....

But I am not sure what should I put..

Thx

Yes, its for Touro, CA - I just got the invite to submit a supplement on monday
Its not an essay - I think its more like a response that is about 40 words max. Since it is so short, im not sure if that means i have to pick really good things to say or just say wuts in mine mind

Ahah, I knew it. You want to keep it short and concise (adcoms view this favorably). All of those are good choices but in one of my readings for class, the challenge with pharmacists is no longer dispensing the medication to the patient, but making sure they adhere to their medication. I can see this being a larger problem with the baby boomer generation and how key counselings will be to make sure patients get the best outcome from their therapy.
Touro doesn't have a pretty campus but the classroom is nice and the integrated curriculum is more intuitive because each lecture builds up on each other and it paints the whole picture for u.
