to access them, do i just go on the school's official website.. and i checked on Optomcas, PCO does not have a SUPPLEMENTAL APPLICATION.

someone correct me if im wrong but is NECO the only one with an additional supplemental application?

NECO is the only one with a supplemental application directly on Optomcas. I believe NOVA has a supplemental application but it is only sent to you after you submit Optomcas. This could be true for other schools too but I'm not sure which ones.
