I E-submitted in PharmCAS Nov. 30th, but they still haven't calculated my GPA. Does that mean they haven't sent it out to the designated schools? Should I wait to send my supplemental applications until my GPA is calculated in PharmCAS?

If they haven't calculated your GPA that means they have not mailed it to the schools- once they calculate your GPA they will send it out on the following monday, so let's say they calculated it on the wed, mon of next week it will be sent out.

You submitted on Nov 30th - it's only the 14th and you are already worried. As hard as it is to say calm - do not be🙂🙂🙂, my calculation took almost a month, your might take just as long.

So can I send my supplemental applications before PharmCAS sends my other applications?

Farmer83 yes you can submit supplementals before PharmCAS sends your stuff.

Make sure you read the directions of the schools you are sending too. Most of mine didn't care when you sent your supplementals, but one only wanted it sent only once they have received your PharmCAS app.

fenixtnlfan, which one school was that? Do you remember? Reading the directions of the school is always a good thing. 👍

That's what you should do, check each school. Many schools require your application to be authorized in order to proceed with the secondary. Others don't care.
