If the schools want you to send the supplemental application (usually money) at the SAME TIME as your AADSAS application, when should we actually mail the check?
When are you guys sending your checks?
It takes some time for the transcript to get verified, so I'm wondering whether it's safe to send the check before they actually receive the application.

When schools say they want the supp application the same time as your AADSAS, that means you can mail the check right before you submit your AADSAS application. So if you submit your app June 15th, you can mail your check June 15th or anytime after. It doesn't matter, as long as they get it.
