Supplemental Apps! Please Help

Hey guys,
So it's that time for me an I'm stressing like crazy. Ive read a lot about supplemental apps but I'm not sure which schools require them. I am doing my apps through Optomcas and I wanted to know if Optomcas is gonna direct me to complete a supplemental app or should I just be doing this on my own?

Check the websites for each of the schools you plan on applying to. They will have the info there.
