Supplemental Apps still ongoing? Too late?

So my mailing date was 7/16/2010
i've received supplemental app instructions from
UCSF, UCLA, asdoh, mwu-cdmi (the new one), western, upenn or w/e

question is, if i'm still doing them (i've been overseas on medical missions)
is it too late? i know even july 16th was kinda late for submitting primary app
but does supplemental apps count in that "early in the cycle" concept?

7/16 mailing date is not late- pretty sure it was the third mailing. You're just suffering from SDN obsession syndrome.

i just sent in my penn and finalizing ucla and ucsf.. i think if you turn it in in the three week window that they give you you should be fine. well in the case of ucsf they will drop your app if you turn their secondary in after three week..
