So for the supplemental application to teh pharm school they are asking are you applying to some other schools other than just 1.. I am applying fro 3 or 4 schools so should I left it blank or should I write the school name ( would it lower my chance?)

No, it's very important to be truthful because there could be very bad consequences.
Most people would recommend applying to more than one pharm school.

I only listed the schools that aren't "as good" as the one I was filling the supplemental for. It's a useless question in my opinion, and how can they verify the response anyway? How would they feel at the interview when they know for sure that their school is my backup?

I was asked this question in during one of my interviews. I answered honestly and was accepted.

A possible reason to ask that in an interview: which is your top pick & why? (Why our school over the others?) I don't know why they'd ask on a supplemental - perhaps to add a question to the interview?
