How do we find out if/when the dental schools recieve the supplemental materials they require? (ie. $, DAT, photos, etc) Is there a status for supplemental material on AADSAS as well? Or do we just contact each school individually?

It should tell you on AADSAS under where it lists information for each school. It will say something like "50$ wanted at time of submission"....or "2x2 size photo"........but beware, I wouldnt totally trust AADSAS. Any "real" information can be found either on school's websites, and by contacting the school. Also, once you submit and your application is complete at schools, the schools usually send you an email telling you that your app is complete and what you need to send (if anything). Hope this helps. 👍

Thank you! That helps a lot.

My other question is what if I send some supplemental material now, do the schools just make a file and keep it for me?

I already sent my DAT scores to all the schools. Will they keep my scores and then refer to them when they start looking at applications? Was it too early to send them? I just thought I'd get everything out of the way (I am not a procastinator).

Yeah that is fine with DAT scores. Alot of applicants take the DAT before they apply anyway, and scores get sent out. If there are any other schools that you applied to that weren't on your list of schools to send your score report to when you took the DAT, then you'll have to re-send to those schools. Other things such as admissions fees, you can wait until the schools contacts you after they receive your app.
