Well, the title is pretty straightforward. I'm about to begin my pre-med pre-reqs starting with Gen Chem in Summer. I'm entering a Post Bacc to complete them in ~1 yr + summer. The plan is to take a June MCAT at the end of it all.
Question - I have been lurking for a while on these SDN boards, and have seen suggestions for supplemental guides to go along with texts, such as "Organic Chemistry as a Second Language," for example. Does anyone have any suggestions? I need to take all of the basics, 2 semesters + labs of each - Gen Chem, Bio, Physics, Orgo.
Another question - is it wise to study MCAT questions periodically throughout the year as I complete each additional pre-req? Obviously I will be limited in my ability to answer the higher level questions until the end of my Spring 2011 semester, but would it help to add in some of those questions with my studying, so as to familiarize myself with the material?
