I’ve read NMS casebook,Kaplan notes, and Pestana Review. I’ve done UW questions and Kaplan Q book questions. Are there any other questions that I should do? Should I read anything else or is that enough?

Should I bother with pretest or A&L at all?

My biggest fear is that I will run out of time. Do the questions throw out a bunch of irrelevant long list of lab values for each question?

How do the Kaplan Q book questions and UW compare to the real test with regards to difficulty and length. In other words are they a lot easier, irrelevant, much shorter etc. Any insight would be helpful.Thanks.

Do you know the information in the books and qbanks or just read it once and forgot it? If you retained that information, you will score very well. I only read NMS Casebook and Pestana and thought it was plenty for the shelf. You don't need any other sources. Focus on pestana if your test is coming up soon. Read deeper with NMS if there are topics you are still confused about.

You've done plenty to prepare for the test... maybe go over your UW questions again
