Step II Surgery

Any suggestions on how to improve the Surgery score? It is my worst subject and I would like to improve it somehow. Any recommendations? I've been doing questions from USMLEworld and Kaplan Qbank. I also have the B & W and Secrets.

I really liked the Appleton and Lange surgery question book, but this might have more information than you would want (might not be so high yield).
