Any Surgical Subspecialties worth knowing for Step 3 (i.e. Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Urology, etc.)?

My test this year had a lot of GI, Peds, OB Gyn. There were some general surgery questions mixed in with the GI, but not a lot of surgical subspecialties.
