SURP Interview advice

Freshman here, and yesterday I received an email from a professor saying that my application for Summer Research Undergraduate Program (SURP) stood out, and she wishes to talk to me. Any do's and dont's for an interview like this? I'm really into her research interests, and I didn't apply to her lab just for the sake of research hours.
