IIRC, you just need to make sure you have adequate reductions to compensate for rest seats.... P.S. it is surveyED crowns as my prosth faculty always reminds me 😀
Just make sure the crown itself has all the proper undercuts you need. We always do surveying prior to the crown prep. The prep itself usually isn't any different. We do request to see the wax-up first, though, to make sure everything looks good.
