I'm doing a research study for my fellowship and need to figure out which schools do NOT use cadavers for their anatomy & physiology / gross anatomy class. I found a bunch of trends for medicine but of course, some dental schools don't use the med school's lab.

As of right now, I know that UT-Houston, NYU, and LECOM do not use cadavers.

Yes, UPenn uses cadavers - a little gross tho sometimes. Med school does as well.

LECOM doesn't require cadaver use for gross anatomy, but the dental students can walk over to the med school and use them if they want.

VCU certainly does.

Had to cut a face and skull in half, cut everything down to the diaphragm. Would have been nice to go down further since the CBSE tested me on that anatomy.

ASDOH and MOSDOH both use cadavers. ASDOH just uses head and neck region, dental school doesn't use full body (but the medical school does)
