Not to be rude, so please do not take this as such..But you should consult your veterinarian. This site is not appropriate for veterinary medical advice.

Crazy talk!!Im gonna be operating on chickens and such so i think any advice i get from here will be sufficient. Many rural folks here sew their animals when they get cut on something, i just want to know what supplies il need, how close to do the stitches, etc..No offense taken friend.🙂

Its more like the rules of the board, No giving medical advice.

Well i cant exactly take them to my vet, unless i want a $50 x 6 is $300 fine and probably all my chickens will get confiscated and gassed.Ill just wing it or ask an old timer for help.

You were given advice; seek licensed veterinary care.

However, it sounds like you just made a public admission of illegal activity involving chickens, my friend. What "sport" involving chickens in the great state of Alabama carries a maximum fine of $50.00 per animal and would result in confiscation and humane euthanasia of the animal?

*tick, tick, tick*

*DING*

If it looks like cockfighting...

I suggest you refrain from visiting the veterinary forums or I will personally contact the owners of this website to determine if they condone harboring individuals involved in illegal activities and actively soliciting advice to conduct that illegal activity on their site. If they don't, I would imagine they would have no qualms turning over your personal information to the appropriate authorities to be prosecuted for animal abuse.

Then it will cost you $3,000. Or six months in jail.

On second thought, please report him to SDN. The more the merrier.

ETA: He's been banned; a big thank you to anyone who reported him.

Just an FYI...

If you see that a user has been banned, it means that I or one of the other mods have definitely already addressed the post and not everyone has to report it. Thanks!
