Hello everyone,
I have recently found myself in a difficult position. I have successfully matched into a West Coast program for 2013. However, because of unforeseen personal/family reasons I now strongly desire to be on the East Coast as soon as possible. I have heard of people breaking contract to pursue other specialties, and even swapping residency positions. Does anyone have experience with or advice on how to go about doing this?
