Sweatshirt & Notebook?

Well, the time has come to for me to take my test (tomorrow). I've got a couple of questions:
Can I wear a sweatshirt or thin coat while testing? I get freakishly cold inside buildings.
I'm bringing a bagpack with snacks. Can I have a notebook with some review materials in it as long as it stays in the locker during the actual testing?

i haven't taken the test yet...but as far as i know you can have a notebook to review for your breaks but it cannot be in the actual testing
and yes, you can have a sweatshirt, as long as it is worn by you and not just next to the computer.

Since your test is tomorrow, i'd recommend you call the testing center to be a 100% sure. Good luck!

Yes and yes in my experience. You can bring a sweatshirt but unless you're wearing it, it must be kept outside the testing area while you're in the middle of a block.

I definitely recommend bringing a sweatshirt. The temperate of the test room can vary dramatically throughout the day, probably in correlation to the amount of catecholamines in your system. 🙂

good luck Seminolefan! That "wear the clothes you brought in" rule really irritated me in the middle of the block when I wanted to take off my jean jacket and couldnt. ARGH! I dont understand the big deal with that rule, but it is clearly in effect.😡 I didnt anticipate the sweating that occured during block 3 and thus needed to undress and couldnt. hehe.😀

I'm guessing it's because they record you. Maybe if you threw your sweatshirt somewhere, it would cover up a camera?

Yeah, my testing center managed to get extremely hot and cold. I wanted to take my jacket off, but then the next minute they would turn the AC on full blast.
