I am exercise physiology or kinesiology major. I could switch my major to biology and graduate when I need to. Kinesiology is pretty easy and biology interests me more. Would it look better for med school application to switch my major to biology or possible double major in biology?

It doesn't make a difference to med schools. Just major in whatever you want.

Right, your major doesn't matter. However, I would suggest majoring in the subject you like more. You'll be happier, and your heightened interest will probably result in better grades even if the courses are more challenging.

how far along are you

what prereqs have you done

which do you like more

I have about a year to a year and a half tell I grad. In terms of pre reqs. I have only an upper devsion bio. and second semester of physics. Like bio more.

I was in a similar situation. I had a year and a half to graduate with only one requirement left on my first major, eyeing a major that I had already made some progress towards and that I liked more. I can't say what you should do, but I chose to double up, and I was happy with the result.

It won't make any difference to anyone else but you. It probably won't make you any more competitive than if you just took the bio courses without adding the double major. If you think it will impact your GPA significantly, then take the route that spares your GPA. Good luck with your decision.

Edit- it wasn't that clear from your original post, but if doubling would add another year, then definately don't do it.
