I'm interested in hearing the opinions/experiences of the licensed & practicing PTs on these forums. How easy is a shift in setting during your career as a PT? Is it feasible to work in acute care for a little bit and then transition into inpatient neuro? I realize complete 180s would be very difficult (trying to transition into pediatrics with little to no peds experience etc.)
