So, I making up some notecards for all the syndromes to submit to memory for boards - I have yet to find a good, succinct source. Those who have come before or those in the same boat now have any references?

Flip through the genetics and neoplastic chapter in Robbins. It probably has most all the important ones that are likely to be tested.

Doesn't that quick compendium of surg path book (ASCP published, by Ramsburg I think?) have a list of a lot of syndromes?

Yes - there is an appendix at the end of that book which has a list of many of the important syndromes.
