t-butoxide and 1OH?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
t-butoxide bulky can't do backside attack. But has negative charge on oxygen which means,t-butoxide is strong base but weak nucleophile so can't do SN2 which means we may do E2 but you know that primary cabocation is not possible unless it's primary and benzyllic or Primary and allylic. But in this case it's neither. So my best guess would be no Reaction. I may be wrong. Hope someone else can comment on my answer.
