Out of curiosity, anyone out there involved with tactical/operational EMS?

I'm looking for suggestions for backpacks and such.

If you haven't seen it yet, try out the BlackHawk STOMP II. Pretty good bit of room for stuff, plus compatible with hydration bladders. Most of the guys I've talked to modify their gear in one way or another, cutting it apart and sewing things on differently (or having someone do it).
