I just saw a baby with a tail!! yes!! a tail!!! does anyone know the diagnosis?? could this possibly be a systemic case of RSV???

you might want to look up Malpuech syndrome as well (characteristics: IUGR, facial dysmorphism, caudal appendage and patent ductus arteriosis)
