Take a C in Ochem or drop with a W?

The only time I would say withdraw is when you think you are going to fail. I know a lot of people who have done what you are doing, and ended up with a C+ the next time around (not exactly an improvement). If I were you I would just take the C and move on. Get an A in Ochem 2 or something. It's up to you though. If you know for sure you can bust your ass and get an A the next time around than consider it... Otherwise move on.

What would you guys do? This would be first W but 3rd C

if this is ur third C in ochem...then just let it go..dont take the W. u can sort of compensate for the bad grades in ochem if you do well on the bio section of MCAT which has lot of ochem. it's important to keep ur science gpa up so take as many science classes as you need to to help u pull it up. i actually didnt do so hot in physics for my last two quaters so i took almost all of the science classes offered at my school to make up my science gpa.
