In anticipation of finishing up my last semester of required classes, I went back through some old transcripts to calculate my sGPA and cGPA. In undergrad, my science GPA was 3.46 with a cGPA of 3.83. My first post-bac classes were completed at a community college with a 3.75, and most recently I'm finishing at a 4 year university and it looks like I'll be somewhere in the 3.65-3.7 range. This likely leaves my sGPA around a 3.65-3.68 and cGPA around a 3.76. My question is whether it is worth it to take some additional courses to try and raise my sGPA to a 3.7 or focus on the MCAT? Post bac grades are as follows:

Gen chem 1 - B+
Gen chem 2 - A-
Bio 1 - A-
Bio 2 - A
Orgo 1 - B+
Orgo 2 - A-
Pre-calc - A
Upper division bio - A
Upper division bio - A
Physics 2 - B+
Physics 1 - A
Biochem - B / B+ (depends on final exam)

Marginal improvement in science GPA is pointless. Focus on crushing the MCAT (the biggest unknown variable).

Would taking several additional courses be worthwhile?
