So I'm in a dilemma, I just found out that a sizable amount of my applied schools need CASPER (I know I know), but the nearest date is July 18 and July 30. Since it takes 3 weeks to process, it makes sense to take it the 18th, but that means I'll have 1 day to review. At the same time, it's not a content test so in theory, I can take it and do well or at least average by the 18th. But I could also do badly since I did not practice, and that would damage the application. Anyone have any thoughts?

You need to take it ASAP. CASPer can take up to 3 weeks to return scores, and most schools that require it will not even consider your application complete until you have the score in.

You don't need to study for CASPer. You just need to take the practice CASPer exam and understand what the test is like. You don't get your score back, so it's not like you can study in the typical sense.

Agreed with above. You can just do some practice all of today and tomorrow so that you're prepared to take it. If your typing speed is decent you will be fine.

When you start the CASPer Systems Requirement Check, you will then be able to do a complete practice CASPER exam.

Also, I found these answers very helpful. Obviously, they're very long (which means it's not possible to write that much given the time constraints). But you can see how open-ended the questions are and that you should first get more information before you judge the situation and all. 5 Official Sample CASPer Test Questions Plus Our Expert Answers

You can also google practice CASPer scenarios and try some of those ones out. Don't spend money on buying the practice CASPer exams from 3rd parties because it's not necessary.
