I disagree with this. I was out in the sun for 2-3 hours before I took AAMC 10 and I felt awful while taking it. I was focusing, but I definitely noticed being fatigued.

I totally agree with this. I took my test in another state. Stayed at a friend's the night before. Tried to sleep early for an 8am test but probably only got about 4 good hours. When it was time to take the test, adrenaline kicked in and I was totally in the zone. Wasn't thinking of anything but the questions in front of me. So IMO taking the test in another state shouldn't affect you.
