Hey guys, just took my test yesterday, this is another, should I retake topic basically....

RC 21
QR 16
PA 21
BS 22
OC 20
GC 20
TS 20
AA 20

Pretty disappointed in myself, I used the typical stuff (Chads, Destroyer, Top Score, Cliffs, etc.) I made a 21/24/27 on Topscore 1/2/3, and only had the chance to go through destroyer 1 1/2 times. I will never get math, so although I'm not satisfied with the QR, not sure if I could improve on that ever. I have always been horrible at math, and probably will always continue to... so yeah I give up with that section, lol. I literally had to christmas tree the last 10 questions in it... *hides in shame* lol.

So anyways, you guys think I should schedule a retake this summer? I seriously don't want to.... that was... painful... to say the least.

Honestly I don't see anything wrong with your scores. Is it just the QR being low that you're worried about? If it is, just check to see what the cut offs are for schools you plan on applying to. I wouldn't retake though, that score looks good overall!

Congrats for finally being done!

You have very good scores besides QR. I think you may be OK considering how solid the rest of your test is. If I were you, I would call the 5 schools I was most interested in and see if they care about the 16 QR. What is your approx GPA by the way?

My undergrad is 3.01 and post-bac is 3.83... so I think my chances are really slim unless I could get that 22+ DAT. Or maybe its just that headache I got from yesterday after the test that is still wrecking havoc on my rationality.... lol.

How many credits is your post bacc? If it is more than 1 semester, you might have a pretty good chance.

Nobody cares about QR, your scores are fine. Most schools have cutoff for QR at 16 so even those you're fine. You did good, I really don't think you need a retake. Everything besides QR is 20 or above so it is VERY solid.

Your GPA in undergrad is a little low, but your grad GPA is super high so it shows you're capable of getting high grades. Make sure ECs are strong and I am sure you'll be a sought after candidate for admissions.

Of course it all depends on which schools you're targeting as well but I am sure you already factored that in.

I really do not see why you are disappointed. Remember, the most important thing is getting in, not how much your score is better than that of others. I think you have a good shot with your scores. Good luck.
