Hi!
The schools I have interviewed at are split between having 1 year pre-clinical work and start the rotations M2 and doing it the older way. I was wondering what everyone’s takes are on this (especially people already in medical school). I can’t tell how I feel about it. I weirdly feel like I like the old way because the new curriculum schools have you take step 1 and 2 close together in year 3 and that sort of worries me. I just don’t know enough to judge (aka do pros and cons) and would love feedback!
Plus if you are an “expert” in Texas schools let me know because your girl is blessed and needs help (I love everywhere).
