Hey guys

I came in with some credits and I have 10 credits from this summer. So after this summer, I'll have 46 credits after my first year. I was wondering if it would look bad to take 12 credits this fall semester. I'd be taking an upper level bio, orgo, Latin (probably will be my hardest class) and a humanities class. I wanted to just focus on orgo/bio in the fall and not have too much to worry about.

Would medical schools look down on me for this? I would still graduate on time and I took 17 credits spring semester and did fine.

Thanks for the help

No. Nothing wrong with it. You don't wanna risk your A's. Even if you took only 9credits, i think that still would be fine.

You will be fine. Just make sure you get good grades. Just make sure you don't mess up any of those classes because you won't have a lot of GPA buffering due to a small number of credits.
