Hello all,

Sorry I have been such an absent assistant mod lately...I've become mommy to a beautiful little girl and I'm trying to figure out how to do that AND be a competent resident AND not go crazy!

Hope everyone did well in the Match.

I hope to be back around these parts in a few months.

RE: balancing family and work- you can do it. Just be strong and don't be afraid to be a mom first (when you need to be).
