Taking a class for credit?

Would med schools frown if one of my four classes is taken just for credit (i.e. no A-F grade, just pass/fail)? The class is not a pre-med req, it is my fall semester senior year, and I'm applying now.

it's a pass/fail course

they will not frown upon that.
