It will help you to take an extra year to raise your application GPA to 3.65 which is the median for accepted students. Then, with an MCAT of 31, you'd have a decent shot at an allo acceptance. The higher BCPM GPA will help you too.

During the next year, it would help you to gain some clinical volunteer hours since your main clinical exposure appears to be passive shadowing. You will need both to be competitive.
