Taking Biology Lecture Semester Prior to Lab?

Sorry if this is a stupid question for the boards...but I'm planning on taking my biology lecture and lab one semester apart. Is this alright to do (in the sense that, it won't be frowned upon when it comes to admissions time?)

If it matters, I'm a post-bacc (career changer) student. Next semester my schedule will be orgo 2 + lab, Physics 2 + lab, general bio 1 lecture. I'll take the lab component over the summer.

I don't think it matters. I did this. As long as you get it all done with decent grades, I think it's fine!
