Hello. I am a senior in undergrad applying to med school right now. I applied both MD and DO, but am probably going to go DO. For DOs who have taken COMLEX and USMLE, how tough is it to do both? I imagine that there must be quite a bit of overlap between the two tests...

In general...
for step 1:
COMLEX has more anatomy questions & has OMM
USMLE has more biochem & stats
for steps 2/3: they're very similar, but COMLEX still has OMM
for all steps: the USMLE is a better-written exam
