taking class with ap credit

i took calc bc in high school and passed the ap getting credit for calc 1 and 2. however not all schools accept ap credit for calc, my school is going to allow to me to take calc 1 and 2 for a grade, however my school is going to mark it on my transcript as no credit for both the units and whatever grade is received.


so here is my question, will the grade i get factor into my amcas gpa, c/s, without any problems?
