Taking courses at college while in high school

So I started taking English comp in the summer while I am still in high school. Since technically I am in high school still will the grade in this class be counted in my cum gpa or do I just get the credit?

For med school applications? Yes, the grade will count.

It will be added into your AMCAS cGPA. It will most likely not be added into your actually colleges cGPA but will count as transfer credit in most cases.
