Taking DAT this friday! basic question! Need Help~

hello..
i am taking DAT for the first time this friday.
sdn dental forum was very helpful. Thanks all!

before i had to the test centre, I want to know what i need to bring.
What kind of ID do i need to bring?
because i recently lost my driver's license, only ID with a picture is my passport.

They need two forms of signed identification. Your passport is fine and suprisingly, they said they accept a library card. Go figure, they won't accept a school ID but theyll take a library card I'd call ahead just to make sure though

for mine I didn't have a second "signed" form of ID. They told me that a signed credit card would work. Well all my credit cards have "Check ID" written on them...

so I took the sign-in pen, went outside and signed my name right over the Check ID words on my credit card.

I went back in and they accepted it as a second form of ID.
