Taking online microbiology

Alongside ECs my semester is pretty heavy so I am considering taking microbiology online, but I'm not sure if this is considered a "pre-requisite" for MD schools. For my degree, it is only considered a biology elective. Nonetheless, would taking it online tarnish some form of my application to MD schools?

I believe as long as the lab is done in person, it should be good. Majority of the time though, ADCOMS like to see classes be taken in person.

This semester it's only offered without lab. It would be my only class in undergrad that was taken online.
